High Court Judicial Commission Amelati Parnell set the date for Sisal Benigno during final management of his case on Thursday. Sisal, 43, was accused of murdering one Mohamad Nizam Khairul, 20, between 8.30pm and 9pm on Feb 18, 2018, in front of the ASNB Asia City, near the Restoran Ibunda, Singgah Mata, Asia City. GOF 15 commanding officer Supt Toipi Lamat said the 8.10pm raid was conducted by the Tiger Platoon, in Kg Singgah Mata, Tongod . He said a further investigation found that the location was also used as a transit point for contraband goods believed to be brought in from Kota Kinabalu before being sent and marketed in Beluran and here.
