The Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) has released a report highlighting that millions of dollars in cash shipments, averaging $80 million each, have been transported to Afghanistan over the previous three months. The shipments, delivered to Kabul within 10 to 14 days, are placed in designated UN accounts in private banks.
