DISAPPOINTED music fans in Herefordshire will not be refunded for their tickets at a Hereford music festival, organisers have said. Organisers of the Edgar Street-based Stadium Fest 2021 have issued a statement as dozens of festival-goers took to social media to air their complaints after headline act Tulisa failed to appear and customers faced hours-long waits for drinks.
