Building. Several people who live there believe it was started by a mentally ill man who lived there. He was taken to an institution and returned home yesterday. Ac transit bus could be released from a hospital. As kpix 5s da lin reports, the father of Luke Fleischman wants the suspect tried as a juvenile. Reporter 16yearold Richard Thomas is being tried as an adult for burning fleischman. He set the teens skirt on fire aboard a bus. The suspect and his attorney asked the judge to send the case to juvenile court. The victims father Carl Fleischman agrees. As a 16yearold, i feel that he should be tried as a juvenile.
