By early Monday afternoon, the Realtor with Century 21 Home Advisors in Lancaster had a cash offer at the full asking price of $178,500. She says it was from buyers who wanted the condo for a second home and were willing to waive inspection on a dwelling theyâd only seen online. They had never stepped foot inside. âIf that doesnât show you what the market is like, then I donât know what will,â Latsios says.
