It began shortly after 2 am florida time when the suspect entered the pulse orlando nightclub and opened fire. Witnesses say there were as many as 320 people inside at the time and the suspect began shooting the victims with a handgun and assault weapons an offduty officer began exchanging gunfire with the suspect almost immediately.
