Still tracking high water across parts of Howard County and anne arundel county, bwi and up areas on 83 and 95. Also for culpeper, rappahannock counties south and west there, weve got high water as well, and please, if you see high water dont cross it. Again, the good news at least here in the metro is that the high water has come down.
