Going through 2 00 it lifts further north, so were looking at slightly better air quality, we get into that afternoon sea breeze and those winds continue to push the smoke up into the north bay throughout the afternoon, the overnight hours. And your sunday is going to feature some warmer air and some lighter winds. Still with a spare the air alert both days. As you cross the bay bridge this morning. Were mainly in the 50s and well be barely 60 at the coast. So average to a little bit below. A lot warmer weather coming up in the 7 day forecast. Fire crews battling the czu lightning complex are making steady progress after burning more than 81,000 acres. Julian glover is live in Scotts Valley where wont again they will hold a briefing in about an hour. Reporter yeah, they are making progress. And it is slow, methodical, but it is happening. We got an update that the fire is 21 contained, only growing less than 1,000 acres throughout the day on wednesday. Weather once again playing a role in making the firefight a success. To allowed the firefighters to work some controlled burn operations to protect the areas of felton and also ben lomond.
