It all starts to center around a car that is here and there is still a body lying in the street and everybody is at stamford hospital. To get more information, we are joined with the Palo Alto Police department and this all happened at around 11 30 what happened. What we know is there are several people sitting inside of a car unidentified came up and shot four people. Reporter what happened after that .
