(BALTIMORE, MD) Thomas V. Mike Miller, Senate President Emeritus, will lie in state in the rotunda of the Maryland State House on Thursday and Friday.
Miller died at age 78.
In 2019, he announced his battle with prostate cancer. He resigned from his Senate seat in December.
