Sebring Helen Margaret Brown, 91, of Sebring, Ohio passed away at 3:27 pm on Friday, December 25, 2020 at Crandall Medical Center at Copeland Oaks which had been her home for over 21 years. A celebration of life will be held at a later date due to health safety concerns. Memorial contributions may be made to Copeland Life Care Fund at THE OAKS FOUNDATION 715 S. Dec 24, 2020 Mary Louise Peterson (known as Mary Lou), 86, beloved aunt, was called to her eternal resting place on December 8, 2020. She entered this world on March 31, 1934 in Akron, OH, born to George and Isabella Boord Peterson. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters: June E Peterson and Ruth E DeLion and brothers: Paul E Peterson and Lee E Peterson. She will be greatly missed by her nephew Father Lawrence DeLion of Brooklyn, NY and her nieces: Patricia (Paul) Freer of Sebring , and Eva Marie (Wade) Souders of Clermont, FL. Mary was a resident of Alliance, Ohio since 1944 and graduated from Alliance High School in 1952. Many people knew her from working at the First National Bank of Alliance from 1951 thru 1978, before moving on to Stark County Data Processing Center for 18 years. She retired in 1997. ....
BELOIT– Delores Jean (Yohe) Stoffer, 92, of Beloit passed away Thursday, Dec. 17, 2020 at Aultman Hospital. Delores was born in Robertsville, Ohio April 12, 1928 to the late Wade and Doris (Hartzel) Yohe. She attended business school and worked as a rivet girl for TaylorCraft during the war; worked as a telephone operator and worked for Alliance Manufacturing. Delores was a member of Bethel United Church of Christ and Mile Branch Grange. She was a proud survivor of breast cancer. Delores enjoyed canning, making many jars of fruits and veggies and enjoyed cooking and baking. She made the best breads, cookies, pies and fried chicken you could ever have. When she was not working in the kitchen she could be found watching the Cleveland Indians or going to garage sales and finding great bargains. She loved to travel, garden, family gatherings and loved flowers. ....
