[cheering] nearly 3,500 San Francisco Unified School District graduating seniors put on their caps and gowns and accepted their diplomas, ready to pursue their dreams and their goals. I like to congratulate each and every one of them on this accomplishment. Id also like to congratulate all of our elementary and middle School Students who were promoted to the next grade level as well. [applause] the school
To me about the new school we did the summer pop up was its more of a project based learning you know where you get out there hands on you know like in the really world youre going to have to learn math and it stuff and apply it my daughter build it i forgot what you call it she brought it home and thats more than she did in 3 years at her school and thats how i learned in todays environment the makers and the coding you know 0 this is what where our future is going they showed me this at the new school for that reason im in support of this school unfortunately my daughters at an age she wont be able to start abused they start out at keep in mind and first grade.
