There used to be a lot of talk about the courts new federalism. Once justice once Justice Thomas replaced was replaced in 1991. Can we talk a little bit about what the new federalism was and what role Justice Kennedy played in the new federalism . So, i do want to begin this panel by reading two of Justice Kennedys passages so we get the flavor of what we are going to talk about for the next hour and 15 minutes. the declaration tells us that rights come from god, not government. well, what we know is what israeli media are reporting and the israeli army is telling us. they have not identified the three missing teenagers, but it appears as though all signs are pointing to this being the three teenagers, frankel, 16, shaar, 16, and in order to retrieve the abducted teens, the three bodies discovered in the area northwest of hebron not far from where they disappeared june 12th. it does appear and it s really media are reporting these are the three teens missing these weeks. and that the families of the missing boys have been notified. of course, over the last several weeks, the israeli military has conducted searches, has rounded up hundreds of people in order to find these teens. for several weeks, it has to be said not a lot of hope that they would be found alive. there was, of course, the coming from the families and those in israel who wanted the teens to be found alive. historically, whenever these abductions happened, it does sadly and tragica
