i m a vegetarian more than a decade, vegan at one point and thanksgiving was one of the greatest holidays because of all the sides. it s all vegetables. call somebody, i would not cook, and say don t put bacon in the brussel sprouts. make sure you don t put pork in the sides, stuffing totally vegetarian. many sides for you, and big turkey. the greatest vegetarian holiday. we have advocates for everything. no turkey for me, the sides even i could do away with other than the cheesy au gratin potatoes. i will take the pizza. ham, beef, tons of stuff. you can save all those for christmas, turkey is thanksgiving, and i love cooking turkey. i would forego the desserts, i m more of a savory. ....
