They are not releasing much information but this is what they did say. We have one victim that was transported from the scene with an injury sustained from a gunshot wound, nonlifethreatening. I believe we have a suspect in custody. Summer was the suspect the one who fired the gun or the officer . Shots were fired from the officer.
