detectives search for clues in an officer-involved shooting. one person remains in the hospital, but is expected to survive. it is unclear, who fired the shots. we know that around 6:30 last night, police got a call about a suspicious man with a gun on 1792. they say, they found someone matching that description near americana boulevard. shots were fired, but police do not know if it was that suspect, or the officer who hit the victim. the suspect was taken into custody. we' re working to get the names of those involved, as well as more information. as soon as we do, we' ll pass it along to you inside the wesh 2 mobile app. breaking news now, a child reported missing is now found. orange county deputies announced 11-year-old stephanie greg. the statewide alert for her was canceled. deputies say that she is in good health. two weeks into the search and now, some new video of a three-year-old who could be with his mother and her convict boyfriend. the national center for missing and exploited children wants you to see this video of xander quigley, his mother, natasha, and prison escapee gary bullock jr. volusia county deputies believe the mother brought the boy along, when she helped bullock get away from work release two weeks ago. a woman, supposed to be helping elderly people pay their expenses, is accused of stealing from them instead. cheryl williams is now charged with exploiting the elderly. she worked at savannah court assisted living facility on maitland boulevard as a bookkeeper. court documents say williams forged documents and pocketed almost $100,000. investigators tell wesh 2, some of the crimes go as far back as november 2014. marion county deputies think they' ve cracked dozens of car burglary cases. teenager, are now facing charges. deputies say, they caught the suspects in the act and chased them down. the sheriff' s office has spent the past few months investigating the car burglaries, even conducting 24-hour surveillance. a volusia county family is getting some help from the red cross, after their home burned to the ground. firefighters sent us these photos after the fire on hand avenue, near ormond beach. we' re told one person was able to get out of this mobile home safely, after it caught fire late friday morning. there' s no word on the cause. a pinellas county sheriff' s deputy is now facing attempted manslaughter charges for a shooting on the job. the sheriff now says, timothy virden lied about what happened on december 30th. he says, there was a struggle with a handcuffed suspect, the sheriff says that' s not the case. the suspect was shot twice, but did survive. the sheriff says, virden never reaching for a gun. >> i feel bad for the guy. it should never have happened. there was no justification. alex: virden turned himself in friday. he has been fired from the sheriff' s office. right now, one inmate is back behind bars, but two others remain on the loose in california. bac duong gave himself up friday, but there is still no sign of the other two. investigators say, duong is cooperating with their investigation. a friend says, he decided to turn himself in. >> he came. he just showed up, and he told my wife that he wanted to turn in, so my wife makes a call. yes, of course we do. he' s my friend. alex: deputies believe the other two inmates could be in san jose, and riding in the same suv. turning to commitment 2016. iowa voters are just two days out from the caucuses. now, they' re closely watching the response to hillary clinton' s latest e-mail scandal. late friday, the state department confirmed e-mails information so secret, they were classified the highest level possible. a spokesperson says, at the time, that information was not marked classified. nbc' s lester holt asked clinton about the emails just moments secretary clinton: i just don' t see it as anything that will, in any way, cause any voter, a voter with an open mind, to have any concerns. alex: clinton is in a dead heat with bernie sanders in the latest iowa polls. he says, he will not make e-mails an issue. but overnight, republican frontrunner donald trump called clinton a national security risk in a tweet. other republicans are pouncing on the new revelations as well. senator marco rubio called it unacceptable. rubio' s been campaigning hard in iowa, where he' s been placing third in the polls behind trump and ted cruz. he says, he' s not going to make any predictions about who wins on monday. senator rubio: we just want to do the best we can here. caucus for us on monday night as possible. obviously, ted is the front-runner here. he has spent a lot of time and money, and has 10,000 volunteers working on his behalf, on the ground. alex: trump regained his lead in the polls, plans for an $8 million, 124,000 square-foot museum. it would be built on hungerford field. the mayor says the museum would preserve heritage and history, as well as spur tourism. >> cultural tourism don' t know whose bullet was responsible. >> we have one victim transported from the scene, with non-life-threatening. i believe we have a suspect in custody. >> and was it the suspect who fired the you inside the wesh 2 mobile app. new today. orlando police say, this is the woman struck by one of their officer' s bullets. they plan to charge danielle evans with armed carjacking with police say, evans and two others, who have not been identified, stole a car from an elderly man yesterday morning. a couple of hours later, that car was spotted near bumby avenue and south street. a nearby surveillance camera captured the car trying to drive off as officers approached. shots rang out, and evans was hit in the arm. police arrested the two other suspects. three officers are on leave, as fdle investigates. this morning. we' re pushing for answers after a teenager was shot and killed, while driving in sanford. hit, then crashed into a light pole on central street friday afternoon. so far, police are not saying whether there are any leads on his killer. if you have any information, call crimeline at 1-800-423-tips. new from overnight, a jacksonville toddler, hurt in a shooting, is fighting for his life. the 22-month-old was hit before midnight in a drive-by. all detectives have is a vague description of the car involved. the sheriff' s office tweeted the shooting is on wood lake circle friday. police would not say if they are looking for any suspects. and orange county -- in orange county, investigators are looking into whether or not a investigators are checking to see if the body is that of missing 22-year-old robert pearson. he was last seen at his sister' s house on generate 22nd. marion county deputies are now calling the death of a former corrections officer a homicide. ronnie damon' s body was found on his front lawn on january 6. he was working on his car when he was shot. he was working at the marion county jail from 2007 22014. they are offering a $5,000 reward for information that could help them solve this case. a manager at four rivers was leaving work with a little more than that famous smokehouse smell. he is accused of stealing in your car, to be aware of those runners and bikers. your day planner is looking at the low 70' s before it is all over. alex: dave, thank you. right now, a portion of 1792 is still shut down in sanford, as detectives search for clues in an officer-involved shooting. hospital, but is expected to survive. it is unclear, who fired the shots. we know that around 6:30 last night, police got a call about a suspicious man with a gun on 1792. they say, they found someone matching that description near americana boulevard. shots were fired, but police do not know if it was that suspect, or the officer who hit the victim. the suspect was taken into we' re working to get the names of those involved, as well as more information. ll pass it along to you inside the wesh 2 mobile app. two weeks into the search and now, some new video of a three-year-old who could be with his mother and her convict boyfriend. the national center for missing and exploited children wants you to see this video of xander quigley, his mother, natasha, and prison escapee gary bullock jr. volusia county deputies believe the mother brought the boy along, when she helped bullock get away from work release two weeks ago. a woman, supposed to be helping elderly people pay their expenses, is accused of stealing from them instead. cheryl williams is now charged she worked at savannah court assisted living facility on maitland boulevard as a bookkeeper. court documents say, williams forged documents and pocketed almost $100,000. investigators tell wesh 2, some of the crimes go as far back as november 2014. marion county deputies think they' ve cracked dozens of car burglary cases. these three guys, and a teenager, are now facing charges. deputies say, they caught the suspects in the act and chased them down. the sheriff' s office has spent the past few months investigating the car burglaries, even conducting 24-hour surveillance. a volusia county family is getting some help from the red cross, after their home burned to the ground. firefighters sent us these photos after the fire on hand we' re told one person was able to get out of this mobile home safely, after it caught fire late friday morning. there' s no word on the cause. a pinellas county sheriff' s deputy is now facing attempted shooting on the job. the sheriff now says, timothy virden lied about what happened on december 30th. while he says there was a struggle with a handcuffed suspect, the sheriff says, that' s not the case. the suspect was shot twice, but did survive. the sheriff says, virden never called out that someone was reaching for a gun. >> i feel bad for the guy. there was no reason for him to be shot. it should never have happened. there was no justification. alex: virden turned himself in friday. sheriff' s office. right now, one inmate is back behind bars, but two others remain on the loose in california. bac duong gave himself up friday, but there is still no sign of the other two. investigators say, duong is cooperating with their investigation. a friend says, he decided to turn himself in. >> he came. he just showed up, and he told in, so my wife makes a call. >> did your wife know who he was? >> yes, of course we do. he' s my friend. alex: deputies believe the other two inmates could be in san jose, and riding in the same suv. alex: turning to commitment 2016. iowa voters are just two days out from the caucuses. now, they' re closely watching the response to hillary clinton' s latest e-mail scandal. late friday, the state department confirmed e-mails found on her private server had information so secret, they were classified the highest level possible. a spokesperson says, at the time, that information was not nbc' s lester holt asked clinton about the emails just moments secretary clinton: i just don' t see it as anything that will, in any way, cause any voter -- a voter with an open mind, to have any concerns. alex: clinton is in a dead heat with bernie sanders in the latest iowa polls. e-mails an issue. but overnight, republican frontrunner donald trump called clinton a national security risk in a tweet. other republicans are pouncing on the new revelations as well. senator marco rubio called it rubio' s been campaigning hard in iowa, where he' s been placing third in the polls behind trump and ted cruz. he says, he' s not going to make any predictions about who wins on monday. senator rubio: we just want to do the best we can here. we want to get as many voters to caucus for us on monday night as possible. we will see with at least two. -- what that leads to. obviously, ted is the front-runner here. he has spent a lot of time and money, and has 10,000 volunteers working on his behalf, on the ground. alex: trump regained his lead in have to find another way around if you' re driving through the area. in the future, a proposed african american museum could be the new attraction at the zora festival. on friday, mayor anthony grant unveiled plans for an $8 million , 124,000 square-foot museum. it would be built on hungerford field. the mayor says the museum would , preserve heritage and history, as well as spur tourism. >> cultural tour is an is a big industry. not only in florida, but in the united states of america and all over. we want to capture all of that inexperienced -- an educational experience on how african-american life was, and how it is today. alex: the mayor hopes private fundraising will help pay for the project. no sleep but plenty of speed , expected at the rolex 24 this afternoon. but those cars zooming around the track aren' t the only attraction at daytona international speedway. wesh 2' s brett connolly has a first look at the renovations just finished this week. brett: in daytona beach, it' s been a fixture for more than five decades. at the time, it was built for about $3 million. every so often, it would need a facelift to keep it running. now, the new epicenter for racing fans is open, starting with the rolex 24. someday it' ll serve as a time capsule but today it' s a time , lapse. money and sweat poured into a project for more than 2 and a half years ready to finally be racing at the new stadium. hopefully it attracts a lot of new fans that haven' t been able to make it to the daytona with the wider seats and cool stuff. brett: fans will see changes all throughout the complex dubbed by world' s first motorsports stadium. the seating capacity has dropped from 145,000 to removing that 101,000, many seats from the track' s inventory also creates a that got left behind, when they cut the lock off the front hook. chris: boy scout troop 996, in south orange county, is desperate to find their trailer, full of everything the troop needs to function. this is the trailer the troop has used to store critical items for more than a decade. but it was suddenly stolen this week, from the all saints lutheran church parking lot. and well, we had them for years. >> you thought this was just something that nobody would care about, but this is something that' s helped many people. >> this was all of their tents, the kitchens, the cooking supplies, stoves. chris: more than $10,000 worth of items, collected through years from fundraisers something as little as candy bar sales. the troop is nervous it will have to cut back on service projects, chris: at the church, bricks that the trailer sat on are all that' s left. there are no surveillance cameras here to catch the criminals, who got away with the trailer. but take another look, this is alex: the lawsuit against disney' s animal kingdom is making national headlines. attorney matt morgan says, an alabama woman died of a heart attack, after seeing her grandson bitten by a snake at the park. the snake was not venomous, but morgan says the great grandmother was too shocked. >> the public' s concern that this is one of these cases that does not belong in front of a jury. the court system has ways to deal with those situations. if we are unable to prove our case then the defense will file , the appropriate motions and this will not get to a jury. alex: a spokesperson for disney described the case as a real incident. the oakland raiders could be receiving a new stadium. it would be funded through the casino stands, and would be shared with the university. a judge denied a request to throw out recent laws. a nightclub owner wanted to delay the new ordinances saying they were racist. the city says the laws are not racially motivated, but are designed to protect the safety of the community. several violent incidents last year, including a rape on the beach, prompted new ordinances. alcohol sales and drinking will be restricted for certain places in march and april. happening today. the pirates are getting ready to kick off tampa' s annual gasparilla celebration. this year is the 101st edition of the parade. hundreds of thousands of people are expected to
