East bay for the most part typical out of the trivalley but here it is a westbound right around the zoo exit we have a minor fender bender reported here. Over the the bay bridge toll plaza the second of the crashes, that was a big concern. I dont see any interruptions in the flow nor do i see any crashes. Allegedly running over two teenage girls with a car in oakley in eastern continue ra c county. One of the girls died and the other in critical condition.
