Twitter sued for helping Saudi Arabia

A woman named Areej al-Sadhan accuses Twitter, now called X, of aiding the Saudi government in persecuting opposition figures and dissidents. Saudi Arabia is still one of Twitter's most important financiers through the Kingdom Holding Company (KHC) and the office of Prince Alwaleed bin Talal. Saudi authorities have repeatedly asked for user data on anonymous accounts through their two citizens employed by Twitter. Just recently, a Saudi Twitter user was sentenced to death for his activities on Twitter and YouTube.
