Mocs Beat Samford For First SoCon Victory Of Season
Jean-Baptiste, Smith Combine For 43 Points In Chattanooga s 73-68 Win Saturday

It appears that there will not be any easy wins for the Chattanooga Mocs when we’re talking about Southern Conference games and that was certainly the case at McKenzie Arena Wednesday night.
The Mocs were impressive in winning their first nine non-conference games, but had fallen on hard times in close losses to Furman and VMI to begin league play.
The Samford Bulldogs provided the opposition in this latest battle and the Mocs were able to pull out a 73-68 victory, improving to 10-2 overall and 1-2 in SoCon action.  Samford falls to 5-5 overall and 1-2 in league play. ....
