It started with a young aspiring model, police say Daniel Milowicki lured her to this home promising her a photo shoot, but investigators say instead she found herself in a cage in the basement forced in to sex acts recorded on video. This defendant is the sexual predator that every parent warns their kids about. Reporter you can see milowicki was active on social media and the web. Investigators found hundreds of up skirt videos on his cameras and computers. The District Attorney says vehicle they were likely taken while on a deejay gig. The whole point is it gave him access to these young victims. Reporter we went to the listed addresses, but no one answered the door. Neighbors told us theyre too shocked to speak about this. black lives matter! what happened to freddie gray? the mayor and police commissioner promise to get to the bottom of how the 25-year-old ended up with a broken neck after being taken into police custody. six police officers have now been suspended. all three of these big legal stories covered for you this morning. let s begin in boston right now a day after the marathon, the penalty phase is beginning for dzhokhar tsarnaev. as we hear from pete williams there is not an overwhelming call for the death penalty from those who suffered most from the 2013 attack. reporter: the parents of 8-year-old martin richard are pushing for a life sentence with no right of appeal saying now is the time to turn the page end the anguish. a similar call from jessica and patrick, newlyweds who both lost legs in the bombing. they say, quote, we must overcome the impulse for vengeance. the death sentence wouldn t fix anything. it s not going to affect my life, i m not going to get my leg back
the fire department was called to the park. they brought everyone down safely. took about an hour. still no word on what caused the malfunction. a federal judge set november 3rd as the date for tsarnaev. that does not sit well since defense attorneys say they need another year to prepare. sar tsarnaev is years in prison. for some victims, the tile just can t start quickly enough. it is pretty cut and dry, i think, if you look at the picture. i think we should send a message to anybody and everybody out there, if you do this, this is what happens to you. prosecutors believe the trial will likely last 12 weeks. if convicted, the penalty phase will take about another six weeks. kentucky republican senator rand paul sued the administration over the nsa s collection of phone record. the lawsuit says the nsa violated the fourth amendment which protect americans from unreasonable search and seizures. the obama administration
