It started with a young aspiring model, police say Daniel Milowicki lured her to this home promising her a photo shoot, but investigators say instead she found herself in a cage in the basement forced in to sex acts recorded on video. This defendant is the sexual predator that every parent warns their kids about. Reporter you can see milowicki was active on social media and the web. Investigators found hundreds of up skirt videos on his cameras and computers. The District Attorney says vehicle they were likely taken while on a deejay gig. Good news. George spencer nbc 10 news. Also tonight, guilty on all 30 counts and now the marathon bomber faces the death penalty. Jurors will now decide if Dzhokhar Tsarnaev will get life in prison or the death penalty. Tsarnaevs lawyers admitted that he took part in the bombing but argued he was under the influence of tamerlan who was later killed by police. The two bombs killed three, injured 260 others. And these pictures show an injured bowman being taken from the blast scene. Bowman lived in new england but he has ties to the jersey shore.
