After a nationwide search, Oregon's largest school district has a new superintendent. Wednesday morning the Portland Public Schools board voted to approve.
The search was down to three finalists, including Armstrong, and it was further narrowed on Monday when the Tigard-Tualatin School District hired one of the three.
