information that might be things that might be happening they can call 311. so we have crews out there doing hoping that angelenos are remaining safe and that everyone is prepared for this weather event. which is quite unusual for los angeles. jon: i was going says it s been more than 80 years since you ve had a tropical storm in the los angeles area. with that kind of novelty, are people taking this seriously? or are they kind of laughing it off? they are taking it seriously. angelenos have been listening to our mayor mayor karen bass putting on safety messaging even before the rain started. so there s sandbag and sand bag availability and then we ve been reaching tout tell them other safety measures this can take in and around their homes aen their properties to remain safe. so everyone is listening and we re very grateful that we have
