What we know is at around 2 45 San Jose Police received a call about shots fired in the neighborhood. When they arrived, they found a man shot, that victim was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries, at this time we dont know their condition. The accident was weather related or not. The big rig is in the process of being towed at this moment. If you look at the bottom, that is what is left of the power pole that it crashed into.
