there was light, rain, fog and mist reported in the area at the time when the plane took off around 4:40. but visibility was pretty good, 2 miles, considered decent. the pilot of a cessna does require a special more advanced license. they re all built between 1954 and 1980. it s a six-seater. but we do know, according to riverside fire, that there were four people on board at the time. neighbors we ve been hearing from them in los angeles. they heard a loud explosion and they could feel extreme heat when the plane crashed. a lot of fuel on board we re presuming because it had just taken off. and witnesses toll our nbc station in l.a. the plane just took a sudden turn and then just nose-diefd dived to the ground. four people on board. their condition is unknown. but one fatality. the other thing still missing and two residents pulled from the burning home alive. we do not know their condition but they were taken away by ambulance. we re going to keep an eye on the situat ....
