Lombard in Alsip. Welbic IV Alsip 12500, LLC is one of a number of real estate ventures in which Speedwagon Properties is a partner. GenCorr Packaging renewed its existing lease of 40,924 square feet and added more than 29,000 square feet, bringing its total square footage to 70,500 within the 86,200-square-foot building. Avison Young’s Chris Lydon and Zeke Rowan represented the tenant. This is GenCorr’s second expansion within the property.
