Darwin Realty/CORFAC International Associates Todd Hendricks and Sam Lepore represented Welbic IV Alsip 12500, LLC, the building owner, in its negotiation of a lease renewal and expansion at 12500 S. Lombard in Alsip. Welbic IV Alsip 12500, LLC is one of a number of real estate ventures in which Speedwagon Properties is a partner.
GenCorr Packaging renewed its existing lease of 40,924 square feet and added more than 29,000 square feet, bringing its total square footage to 70,500 within the 86,200-square-foot building. Avison Young’s Chris Lydon and Zeke Rowan represented the tenant.
This is GenCorr’s second expansion within the property. The building has 20-foot clear height ceilings, twelve interior docks, and four drive-in doors.
