jon: a man in california goes to do a little salt ando salt water fishing, he was very successful, landed himself a big fish, but that landed him in hot water. it turns out the fish was a black sea bass. now, his catch was so exciting it was filmed and posted on youtube by a young boy scout named josh. turns out the black sea bass is a protected species. now, at first, the firk and game officers thought the guy was trying to save the fish but then they saw he actually jumped into the water and dragged the fish ashore. well, now he is facing possible fines and maybegen veil time. that is jon apathecar, he joins us from los angeles, along with his attorney, christopher mccann. you weren t necessarily fishing for sea bass, you were just fishing, right?
