What the state has to do first is having a conversation about minimum wage and then well see what the state does about counties that enact their own and if theres no legislative action this session i guarantee you there will be a lot more counties following our lead City Councils in various linn county communities could adopt their own local ordinances to change the minimum Wage Structure now passed by linn county supervisors. Supervisors say they havent heard much opposition to the first one dollar an hour increase set to go into effect january 1st.
