the armorer brings the gun in. another really important fact that we found out is that there was another member of the crew who also checked the firearm. because when mr. halls gives a safety meeting, he announces to the group, you know, there s a firearm on set. everybody has the right to inspect the firearm as soon as it s on set before we rehearse or shoot. so there was another crew member who our team has spoken to who confirms that he also checked the firearm at the time when the armorer brought the firearm on set. martha: i need to nail something down here. did dave halls hand the gun that was used and that killed halyna hutchins, did he hand it to alec baldwin or not? here s what what i m trying to tell you. when i answer a question, i want
investigation? well, let me go back to your very first question. it had to do with the responsibility. i want to start with the fact that in the affidavits, it states that my client grabbed the gun off of a prop cart and handed it to baldwin. that absolutely did not happen. that absolutely did not happen. in addition to me presenting not only what mr. halls has told me, but we are our defense team has interviewed witnesses and some of those witnesses that we ve talked to when we talked to them, they hadn t been interviewed by the police yet. those witnesses also confirmed that they remembered that the armorer or the armorer s assistant brought the firearm on the set. so this idea that my client grabbed the gun off of a prop card and handed it to mr. baldwin did not happen. martha: let me ask you about
