Tulsa County Working To Allocate All CARES Act Funding Before Federal Deadline Time is running out for CARES Act funding to be used before it goes back to the government. Tulsa County has allocated about 90% of the total funding that has to be used by the end of the month. Meanwhile, the city of Tulsa has allocated about half of its money, but the city is not required to have a deadline.
