Kota Kinabalu: Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with the Sabah Employers Association (Sea) to declare a smart partnership on several focus areas, including student industrial training placements and job opportunities, among others.
The Sabah International Coffee Festival (SICF) is making a return for the fifth time this year with more activities awaiting coffee lovers from Sept 26 to Oct 2 at Suria Sabah Shopping Mall.
Formerly dubbed the “Borneo Coffee Festival” over three days, this time the programme will run for one week, due to an encouraging response from the last festival in 2019, which saw some 20,000 visitors

Kota Kinabalu: Thirteen associations in Sabah appealed to the State Government to hear their concerns on the imprompt promulgation of Minimum Housing Act 446 - Employees’ Minimum Standards of Housing Accommodations & Amenities Act under the Emergency Ordinance, that was extended to Sabah and Sarawak effective Feb. 26, this year.
