look, free and clear of problems there. there is construction, 76 westbound. if you re trying to access 76 westbound from spring garden street that ramp is closed until november. so, for the next two months, at least, or month and a half. and also in delaware, on 295 northbound, the ramp to route 13 is closed indefinitely. we re following this new from overnight. investigators are still trying to figure out what started a fire in the basement of this high-rise apartment building. nbc 10 was on scene there on bryn mawr avenue in winfield just after 11:00 last night. firefighters were able to quickly get that fire under control and people were allowed to go back inside about an hour later. a little girl is the victim of a hit-and-run, and a witness saw the whole thing happen. the witness tells nbc 10 he heard a boom and saw the car, he says, hit the child, driving away. he chased the green mitsubishi outlander and took video that included the license plate. investigat ....
