Were getting a clearer picture of what led a suspect to throw a puppy out of a third story window. Danny bb facing two animal cruelty charges in the death of the dog named cannon. A report shows webb told police the dog made a mess inside the apartment while webb was on an upsetting phone call. That prompted the 25yearold to put the dog on the patio and slap it hard enough to cause it to fly from the balcony. A neighbor says she tried to help the dog, but webb told her if she tried to bring him back up. The dog would be thrown down again.
