Oakland promise has another program called kindergarten to college which sets up accounts for all in public schools. Each has 100. The school will serve 14,500 students. Councilwoman caplin says they cant produce any records of the accounts and wants to know wheres the money. Any person who could question the amazing accomplishments of this program is meanhearted chasing what could be a political vendetta. You have a number of protesters, either antitrump protesters and at least a few hundred, possibly more and what they have done is they have blocked both entrances to the Hyatt Regency where donald trump is supposed to speak at noon. You can see the police within the past minute, id say, they have blocked this part of the road so protesters cant come over here where you see behind you. They have linked arms and they are shutting down access to the road. More police have come out here. We are expecting them to issue perhaps an order for them to disperse, to do something to remove them because right now there is no way for Donald Trumps motorcade to physically make it into the hotel at this time.
