Investigators allege he met a prostitute asking her to find him another under gauge girl saying, quote, the younger the better leading to alleged abuse of the two minors. After raiding his home last month investigators claim they found pornography involving children as young as 6 given to him they say by the executive director of his charity, russell taylor.
