This is video from the contra costa fire department. The fire started just before 2 30 this morning at a business on industry road. It took about an hour and a half to put it out. It appears the fire began with the pallets before spreading inside the business. Caltrans knows what caused the two fires this week in the traffic lanes on the eastern span of the bay bridge. As kpix 5s mark kelly tells us, the investigation points to road flares. Reporter caltrans called it an unusual set of circumstances. Two fires just this week.
