Cars are being diverted off of route 101 westbound and traffic is backed up in other directions. Officials are not saying what the issue is and we are not allowed on the highway. Take a look at this video sent to us from a viewer. Cell phone video shows a car flipped upside down on the highway. It is unclear what led to the crash.
