Control to reduce the number of unwanted pregnancies. we want to make sure we have protections for women and girls that are raped and gestational limits that are not making it very difficult for women who have been raped to get exceptions like the six-week ban that desantis signed into law in florida. it s a nonstarter for women who have been raped. it s very difficult for them to have to get those exceptions because of the regulations in the state of florida based on that bill. we want to show compassion. somewhere, obviously not the third trimester but somewhere between 15 and 20 weeks is where americans are. they want to show compassion to women. they want to make sure that rural areas, there s nurses and ob-gyn doctors that can help women with prenatal care. that makes a lot of sense to people on both sides that we can get behind. that s the message that we have to carry going into 2024. sandra: thanks, congress woman. i appreciate you joining us ....
