speaking out for the first time since the indictments were unsealed on monday, charging five people in the shootout that resulted in the death of agent terry. the shootout, which happened in december of 2010. now, two guns were found at the scene of terry s murder. guns that months earlier, the u.s. government allegedly knew and allowed to be bought by known criminals. four of the five men charged in agent terry s murder are still at large, presumably in mexico. we have pictures of three of them. federal authorities are offering up to $1 million for information leading up to their arrest. brian terry s mother and cousin joining us exclusively in just a moment. but first, keeping them honest. there s question about why the justice department waited eight months to go public with the charges. i applaud what they re doing, but i condemn the timing. it s very clear the timing has everything to do with the house of representatives holding eric holder in contempt. congres ....

administration s sense of waste and failure. you can determine whether the government investment in emerging technologies is good or bad. but it turns out there are two cases of high-tech companies in massachusetts with connections to then-governor romney getting money from the commonwealth and then going bust. one called accusphere and spherics incorporated got millions before going under. according to the boston herald, both were run by romney campaign donors. the herald reports that the loans were approved by a seven-person board including two romney appointees and three romney campaign contributors. the romney campaign says it wasn t romney s idea. quote, this specific funding was part of a stimulus package that governor romney opposed on the grounds that government should not play venture capitalist. the statement went on to say, because of his concerns he vetoed half the funding but the veto was overridden by the legislature. this week a surrogate was asked about ....

zimmerman s wife, shelly, lied at the bond hearing in april about their ability to make bail. here she is that day testifying by phone, first being sworn in, then not telling the truth. do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, nothing but the truth so help you god? yes, i do. are you of any financial means where you could assist in those costs? not not that i m aware of. because the judge believed the zimmermans to be strapped for cash, zimmerman was granted a low bail, $150,000 of which he only had to pay $15,000 out of pocket. what mrs. zimmerman did not say is that the couple actually had more than $150,000 in donations in a paypal account. the defendant through ms. zimmerman lied to this court about the amount of money they had. now i would argue to the court that that is an egregious violation in terms of the representations that were made to this court. it was misleading and i don t know what other words to use other than it was a blatant lie ....

that s their rationale, then it doesn t fly. because the bill they voted down yesterday essentially said we can create hundreds of thousands of jobs rebuilding our infrastructure making america more competitive and the entire program will be paid for by a tax not only millionaires, but people making a million dollars a year or more. which in the united states is about a little over 300,000 people. now, there aren t a lot of small businesses across the country that are making that kind of money. in fact, less than 3% of small businesses make more than $250,000 a year. so what they ve said is we prefer to protect 300,000 people rather than put hundreds of thousands of people back to work and benefit 300 million americans who are hurting because of low growth. so we re going to keep on pushing. now, there are steps that we can take absent congressional action. and the refinancing proposal that we put forward in las vegas is an example of that. helping students with stude ....
