all were under the age of 30. we have more on these people, who they were, how they are being remembered. many being laid to rest. in other cases their memorial services, a host of things. it s a very emotional day for a lot of the people affected by this theater shooting. as you know, fred, funerals are for a couple things, embrace your loved ones and remember life. and three lives are being remembered to day from this theater shooting. one is john larimer, 27 years old. followed the footsteps of his grandfather and father. he enlisted in the u.s. navy and in the first posting there in colorado. he s from crystal lake, illinois. you see this photo there, charming man. big smile on him. we spoke to his father last week, scott larimer who was just devastated. the family is still trying to make sense of his death. his body was flown back to crystal lake, illinois. you see it. there crowds lining up and down the boulevard to receive him. just a very sad day for a lot of ....

speaking out for the first time since the indictments were unsealed on monday, charging five people in the shootout that resulted in the death of agent terry. the shootout, which happened in december of 2010. now, two guns were found at the scene of terry s murder. guns that months earlier, the u.s. government allegedly knew and allowed to be bought by known criminals. four of the five men charged in agent terry s murder are still at large, presumably in mexico. we have pictures of three of them. federal authorities are offering up to $1 million for information leading up to their arrest. brian terry s mother and cousin joining us exclusively in just a moment. but first, keeping them honest. there s question about why the justice department waited eight months to go public with the charges. i applaud what they re doing, but i condemn the timing. it s very clear the timing has everything to do with the house of representatives holding eric holder in contempt. congres ....

washington while bankruptcy burns across the nation. san bernardino, california, is the latest american town unable to pay its bills. the math $46 million in debt. they ve made drastic cuts in employees and services. and the city according to the los angeles times has only $150,000 in the bank. that s it. residents are coming unhinged saying, why wasn t this calamity headed off at the pass? what about two years ago when they took $10 million from the employees? what were they doing then? now the city is forced basically to file bankruptcy because they have this tremendous amount of debt over their head. in the last 14 days, two other towns near los angeles have gone into bankruptcy. other places across the country have done the same or tried to in idaho, alabama, pennsylvania, rhode island, dozens of other local and state governments have made dramatic cuts just to try to stay solvent while they wait for the economic recovery to help with terrible budget shortfalls. ....
