(APEC) announced Tuesday the deployment of its personnel to help speed up power restoration in areas devastated by Typhoon Odette. "As a sign of our sincere gratitude and sympathy to our fellow citizens who were tormented by the onslaught of Super Typhoon Odette, we, from APEC will be sending off linemen and technical personnel, bringing with them equipment that will be used to help in the power restorations in areas that were devastated by the storm," a post on the company's social media page said.
