Police say that a fouryearold boy inside this house on malcolm street fell out of a second story window on the backside of the home. The boy suffered severe head and facial injuries and was immediately taken to the Childrens Hospital of philadelphia. He is still in critical but stable condition. Its not yet known how the boy was able to make his way out of the window but neighbors nearby describe him as a happy young child always with his mother.
