The clerk said he bought cigarettes, cig gars, and beer. An officer was flagged down by someone who reported that a person had a gun in the parking lot. The officer called for backup at 11 37 p. M. His customer ran across the street and threw the Shopping Center. Police followed. The swat team arrived, a helicopter hovered overhead. A drone scanned the scene. Neighbor Louis Hernandez said they asked the suspect to surrender for 15 minutes. They said, everything will be okay, everything will be okay, just come out, but he would not.
