The city sold the property in July 2019 to JKS Property Management (John Schramm) for $10,002. The house was built in the mid-1800s and was one of several built by Hiram Berry who eventually became a Major General in the Civil War and died in the battle of Chancellorsville, Virginia in May 1863.
