Costlow being held in Barry County jail on $40,000 cash bond
A Cassville woman is facing two felony charges after allegedly burglarizing the home of a person who was attacked by her dogs in 2019.
Carla Costlow, 43, of Cassville, is charged with second-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools and misdemeanor stealing.
According to a probable cause statement filed by Deputy Anderson, with the Barry County Sheriffs Office, the alleged crime occurred on Feb. 8 at about 5:30 p.m. at a home on Farm Road 1107 in Cassville.
Costlow allegedly entered the home through a kitchen window and had gathered two duffle bags containing items such as a wrench set valued at $150, an Altbros watch valued at $125, rifle ammunition valued at $40 and a silver spoon valued at $150.

Individuals each face 9 felonies after bust on Schell Street
Three Cassville residents are facing nine felonies each after law enforcement served a warrant at a home on Schell Street on Jan. 1 and found drugs and paraphernalia in the home.
Cassville residents Anthony Pagano, 52, Rebekah Penney, 44, and Paul Miller, 32, are each charged with attempt to manufacture a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance, six counts of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.

30-year-old allegedly attempted to entice minor for sex
A Cassville man is facing two felony charges for allegedly kidnapping a child and enticing the minor for sex.
Shawn Hall, 30, of Cassville, is charged with child kidnapping, a Class A felony, and enticement of a child, a unclassified felony.
According to a probable cause statement filed by Thaddaeus Harris, deputy with the Barry County Sheriffs Office, the crime allegedly occurred on Dec. 25, 2020, at about 8 p.m. at a rural Exeter address.
Hall allegedly took a minor under the age of 15, without parents permission, saying he was giving the child a ride to a friends house. He then allegedly took the child to a camper at a rural Cassville address and left the child there for 12 hours without supervision and with no access to food or water.

A Cassville man is facing three felonies after allegedly stealing nearly $6,000 in property from two local businesses.
Justin Taylor, 47, of Cassville, is charged with three counts of felony stealing.
According to a probable cause statement filed by Sgt. C. Bray, with the Barry County Sheriffs Office, between 8 a.m. on Oct. 25 and 4:50 p.m. on Nov. 13, Taylor allegedly took approximately $2,470 worth of miscellaneous fishing gear and boat parts from Brices Towing on Highway 76, later allegedly admitting to taking the items.
Also in that time frame, Taylor allegedly stole approximately $1,283 worth of miscellaneous tools from the All Points Recycling facility on Farm Road 2192, as well as about $2,198 worth of truck parts, tools and other miscellaneous items.
