The Enforcement Directorate has filed its first charge sheet in a money laundering case involving railways land-for-jobs. The charges include former Bihar chief minister Rabri Devi, her MP daughter Misa Bharti, and a close associate of RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav s family, Amit Katyal. The case relates to the UPA-1 government, where people were appointed to Group "D" positions in Indian Railways and transferred their land to family members of then-railway minister Prasad and a linked company, A K Infosystems Private Limited.
