good morning, everyone, i m rina ninan. i m devin dwyer. we just cut a cake last show. kind of sticky hands. that was interesting. it was good, though. a lesson on how to cut the cake. if the white house gave a lesson on what to do with iraq, no one seems to know. we will start that way beginning with the crisis in iraq. president obama met with top congressional leaders at the white house last night to talk options. after the meeting the lawmakers said president obama does not plan to seek congressional approval to take any action. as the president considers his next steps, the militants continue to gain ground in iraq. they now threaten the country s largest oil refinery. abc s martha raddatz is there. reporter: it is the critical lifeline, iraq biggest oil refinery now partially ablaze. if the militants take it, they ll have the ability to control the sale of gasoline and cut power across parts of iraq. and they have the upper hand.
