i m christi paul. we have some breaking news out of new york. police want to talk with a man you are seeing in this surveillance video. you see him there taking his shirt off. this was shot saturday just about the time someone tried to set off a car bomb in times square. it s one of several surveillance and amateur videos that police are reviewing right now as they look for clues about the attempted bombing and try to identify witnesses to the failed attack. is this person a suspect, a person of interest? no, not in any way. he could be totally innocent. it s one of the first videos we obtained. we thought it warranted an interview. he s taking his shirt off. that was a very warm day, but this happens just around the time that the pops start to go off inside the car. so that s why we just simply want to talk to him. now police do have several other leads in the case. for one, they tracked down the owner of the nissan pathfinder. a police official says investigator ....

a federal jury in tennessee is deliberating as we speak here. the case against a former college student accused of hacking into sarah palin s e-mail account. 22-year-old david kernell did not testify. his client made some, quote, stupid decisions but had no criminal attent. palin and her daughter bristol testified during this trial and said what kernell did invaded their privacy and disrupted their personal lives during the presidential campaign when she was the vice presidential candidate. kernell is charged with identity theft. he could be sentenced to up if to 50 years in prison. these just massive tornadoes that blew through mississippi over the weekend left three young boys without their mother. i don t know if you ve heard this story yet. as a tornado approached yazoo, 30-year-old nicky bradshaw covered her boys with a mattress and laid on top of it to protect them. she was found dead but her sons were found alive. wh their mobile home was thrown 100 yards. the ....
