Over violent and Deadly Police encounters, san leandro officer Jason Fletcher is now charged with voluntary manslaughter. The da saying deadly force was not reasonable because Steven Taylor did not pose an immediate threat to the officer or anyone else in the store. Heres a look at how the situation unfold.
